Ну это самое легкое. Даже напрягаться не надо. :) Сжигаем первую свечу наполовину меряем по второй. Вторую отрезаем, чтоб сравнялась с первой и жгем на половину от первой. Это при условии, что резать их можно. Если нельзя, то надо думать. :)
